- When you give a task, you feel a strong need to specify or approve exactly how it will be done.
- You feel that your way is the only way.
- The nanny has very little input or suggestions, if any.
- You want to know what happens almost every hour and you expect a detailed explanation of every task or duty pertaining to your children.
- If an explanation is not explained the way you expect it, then you assume the task was not done correctly. Remember that you hired the nanny to do the task for you.
- You give instructions to the nanny rather than suggestions (this does not apply for safety issues)!
